Sofić S. jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver. Parts of the collection are plated with 24-karat gold and will require a bit more attention when wearing and storing.

To keep your gold-plated jewelry shining, please follow these tips:

• Store your jewelry in a separate pouch, box or bag to prevent wear caused by scratching against other items.
• Keep your jewelry in a dry place; the bathroom is usually not a good idea.
• We advise not to wear jewelry at the pool, beach or spa, as chlorinated and sea water in contact with metals can cause discoloration.
• If you need to clean your jewelry, do so with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid rough materials and paper, as they may cause scratches.

Gold-plating warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty on the gold-plating. Within the warranty period, we perform all repairs free of charge upon presentation of the warranty card.

We can also re-plate your jewelry after the warranty has expired, with a charge according to the degree of damage.
