How to Order

My Cart

To make a purchase through our web shop, you need to be a registered user. By registering, you will receive a Username, which you will use to access the website in the future when ordering. Add the jewelry you like to your cart and follow the next instructions.

Payment

Prices on the web shop are expressed in convertible marks (KM) and include VAT. Payment can only be made in convertible marks.

After choosing jewelry and adding it to the cart, you can choose between two payment options: cash on delivery or wire transfer based on a pro forma invoice we will send by e-mail at order confirmation. In case of wire transfer, delivery is made after confirmation of payment. Bank account: 3389002201501728 UniCredit Bank d.d.

Delivery

We deliver jewelry by express mail within 3 to 10 days to addresses within Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Shipping

Shipping is free for orders over 300.00 KM. For orders below 300.00 KM, shipping is paid by the customer, or in case of extraordinary requests.

Packaging

All jewelry is sent to you in suitable decorative packaging with accompanying details.

Product Exchange

It is no problem to exchange a size if needed — we are at your disposal for 15 days from the day you had the opportunity to try on your jewelry. Since you bear the shipping costs in that case, feel free to contact us earlier if you have any doubts about determining what suits you. In case of an exchange, please do not wear the jewelry so that we can return it without visible signs of damage.

Complaints

In the case of a complaint, please contact us so we can agree on a way to resolve the issue.

Ordering a gift

If you are ordering a gift and do not want us to include the invoice in the package, you will have the opportunity to indicate this during the ordering process — we will then send the invoice directly to you.
