Basic company information

Ordering jewelry via www.zlatarsofic.com

Adding jewelry or souvenirs to the cart is the first step in the purchasing process on www.zlatarsofic.com. To purchase through our web shop, you need to be a registered user. By registering, you will receive a Username, which you will use to access the website in the future when ordering. During the order confirmation process — which you will receive by e-mail — you will have the opportunity to communicate about details regarding dimensions when it comes to bracelets or necklaces. We are at your disposal to help you determine the appropriate size for any piece of jewelry. If you are not sure how the dimensions are determined, feel free to contact us.

Payment

Prices on the web shop are expressed in convertible marks (KM) and include VAT. Payment can only be made in convertible marks.

After choosing jewelry and adding it to the cart, you can choose between two payment options: cash on delivery or wire transfer based on a pro forma invoice we will send by e-mail at order confirmation. In case of wire transfer, delivery is made after confirmation of payment.

Delivery

We can only deliver jewelry to addresses within Bosnia and Herzegovina. The delivery time depends on the current availability of the product and may vary from 2 to 10 working days. We will specify the delivery date upon confirming receipt of the order and, if the conditions suit you, the package will be on its way. Unless otherwise specified in advance due to specific conditions, the delivery costs are borne by Zlatar Sofić S.
